Refund Request Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to our refund request platform. You're in the right place if you have lost something through no fault and can provide proof. Kindly go through the following guidelines to determine your eligibility for a refund. Unfortunately, if you don't meet the criteria, we won't be able to assist you, and you'll have to accept the loss. Please refrain from posting a refund request if you don't meet the eligibility criteria. Violating the guidelines intentionally will lock your thread and a warning on your account.

You MUST have evidence of your loss, or we cannot accept your request. Logs can not and will not be checked.

You ARE allowed to post a refund request if you have lost items from either
• Server crashes/rollbacks/lags.
• Confirmed Bugs (Both The Yams & FiveM)
• A failed roleplay incident followed by a confirmation from a game admin that a refund request can be processed. An admin must state that you are eligible for a refund, which can be proven via a screenshot of an in-game message, discord message, etc.

Items that can be refunded:
• Vehicles

• Weapons
• Cash (Must be at least $5,000)
• Bank Money

• Job Ranks

If your situation meets the criteria outlined in the GREEN category, you may submit a request for a refund. Please adhere to the given format and fill out all sections. Threads that do not follow the format or lack evidence will be locked. Refrain from posting refund requests in the PENDING section, as only staff members can move threads in that area.

Accepted & Denied Process
Once you've submitted your refund request, you must wait until an authorized staff member reviews it patiently and responds. If your request is approved, it will be categorized as accepted and processed accordingly. However, it will be moved to the decline section if it's declined for any reason. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
